Krkonoše (Giant Mountains) is a mountain range located in the north of the Czech Republic. Its highest peak – Sněžka – is 1602 metres high and is situated on the border between the Czech Republic and Poland. My 6-year-old son was thrilled to be at the Polish border for the first time!
Sněžka is the highest summit of the Czech Republic and it was crowded by ascending and descending people both from the Czech and Polish side. We went on the top by a cable way and then walked along the range. Here are a few photos taken along the way:
